Ellenbrae Station offers campgrounds, rooms and Safari Tents.
Overnight guests also get a chance to explore our two waterholes

Our Rammed Earth stockman rooms are set amongst nature and built out of local material. They are clean and comfortable but are a basic design. The rooms do not have power or amenities attached but do have a light and a sink with running water. There is a camp kitchen, with all utensils and gas BBQ, a communal fire pit {wood supplied} & a communal ablution block with hot water shower & toilet all close by. Included with the rooms are also Ellenbrae scones.

There are three stockman Rooms:
– Queen Bed Room
– Family Room – This has a queen bed and a bunk
– Two Bedroom Accommodation – This has a Queen bed in one room and a single and bunk in the other room.

The other style of accommodation is our Safari Tents. These have two single beds and a light in the accommodation. We have two of these tents available.

Whilst staying at Ellenbrae take advantage of our two swimming spots that can be enjoyed by our overnight guests. One is a short walk near the campground the other is a 1km return walk. For accommodation guests only we offer another swimming spot within a short stroll from your room.

A $50 deposit is required when booking accommodation. This will be processed within 48 hours of booking and receipt sent via email.

CANCELLATION: If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of arrival full payment of room and dining options are required. Cancelling outside of this time the deposit is forfeited. The balance of your stay can be paid on check-in.

Ellenbrae has two large campgrounds named Ringers and Jackaroo. SITES ARE NOT ALLOCATED IN THE CAMPGROUNDS and Staff will choose which campground you will be allocated. The earlier you arrive in the day the more choice of sites you will have.

The campgrounds are set amongst nature and offer shady and secluded sites. The amenities are a unique design built from locally sourced material creating a look of rustic charm. The hot water for the showers in Jackaroo camp are heated by a donkey heater. In Ringers camp there is a bathtub where you can soak away the Kimberley dust. Both areas have gas BBQs and areas if you wish to mingle.

There are two waterholes for you to explore. One a short walk from the campground and the other a 5km drive and a 800m walk. Both are great spots to have a swim, fish for freshwater fish and a spot of bird watching.


Payment is made on check-in at Ellenbrae and there is no cancellation or amendment fee. Also, if something does occur and you cannot arrive on the date, please give us a call or cancel your booking online. There is a no-show fee for camping of one night’s rate per person or family if you do not show for your booking.
